About Us

 I would use one word to describe our office:  FUN!  We are a group of people who like to work hard and play hard.  When we are not closing real estate transactions, we can be found having cookouts, doing “Office Olympics”, running through corn mazes, dressing up for the Greenwood Freedom Festival parade and participating in other community events.  It is extremely important that we give back to the community that gives us so much.  Working together with our CENTURY 21 Scheetz Legacy Foundation our office participates in food drives, raising money for Easter Seals, serving at the Ronald McDonald house, and so much more.   One of the things that I am most proud of agents here at the Greenwood is their willingness to serve. Whenever we ask for help, people’s hands go up, and are willing to jump in and help a fellow colleague, or those in our community in need. It is definitely an atmosphere of camaraderie and servant leadership.

One of our main focuses here at the Greenwood office is on continuous learning.  From the beginning two-week SMART training course, to weekly Kick-Start classes and weekly Business meetings, to Tech Thursdays, you will continually be engrossed in a learning environment.  Not only will you have opportunity to continually improve your skill set via classroom training, we also believe it is very important for field training, online webinars, and online self-paced courses.

Our job is to ensure that every agent is successful and reaching their personal business goals.  One of the ways in which this is accomplished is through coaching and mentoring. Each individual has their own personal business aspirations.  The one-on-one coaching enables us both to understand the path and direction in order to fulfill those aspirations and the best business plan to get there.
